My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and great views of St Dunstan in the East Church Gardens. The disabled facilities were convenient for those in need. The hotel staff were managing things well and had a pleasant manner, adding to the overall great experience. The location was excellent, in a quiet street just a short stroll from Monument station, offering plenty of activities nearby. However, the dining options were a bit limited, with only grilled cheese available. The facilities were fantastic, providing all that I needed. Overall, a great value for money stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the Thames and with plenty to do nearby. The rooms were just what I needed, with a very comfy bed and all the usual Premier Inn amenities. However, the service was a bit hit or miss. The staff managing to keep up with things but could have been a bit more attentive. The dining experience was included and offered some extraordinary dishes, but the facilities were not as modern as I expected.
